Job Description

At Conga , Customer Excellence Operations supports the Professional Services, Education services, Managed Services and Technical Support teams to provide business analytics as well as process & systems support. In this role, the successful individual will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of applications used by the organization, including the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall administration and management of users for tools such as JIRA/Confluence/Learning management systems according to the needs of the project/s.
  • Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests. This includes modifying filters, reports, dashboards, workflows and fields.
  • On a day-to-day basis, maintain projects, workflows, permissions, and users, improve security, set access permissions, ensure required approvals are captured and documented.
  • Participate and take lead in testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable.
  • Support with other ad hoc reports and communications including setup of partners and vendors within our internal systems and tools
  • Coordinate with various departments like Education, Professional Services, AMS, TS for smooth functioning of system activities.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed.

Primary Skills:

  • 2+ years of work experience in Application Administration managing complex workflows, permission/notification set management.

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline; or Masters degree.
  • Work experience as Business System Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
  • Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Position involves some interfacing with Internal Stakeholders across Department.
