Job Description

  • Respond to and solve help desk queries and provide technical support over the phone and remote for both hardware and software issues.
  • Managing all user queries related to Endpoints, Printers, Internet, Network Storage and Wi-fi and resolving within given TAT
  • Managing and troubleshooting IP phone and IPPBX related issues and escalating the same to vendor if required.
  • Documenting user acceptance and handover letters for assets and documenting policies and procedures
  • Ensuring overall system, PRI and ISP uptime and availability
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements on the support and the hardware procurement
  • System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, hardening and system upgrades
  • Preparing MIS of the Inventory / User requests
  • Candidate should be willing to travel and visit the branches at his region level.
  • Maintaining PAS / Access controller for 100% uptime.

Experience & Education:

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Preferable B Tech
