Experience in Domestic staffing, Should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
Creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process from the business needs definition to the candidate offer process stage.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in IT hiring
must have good communication
Ready to work on a contractual Role
MBA/HR will preferred
