  • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customer's individual need.
  • Leverage your experience to provide feedback to the team on how to improve our service.
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Provide support and resolving technical issues via emails/ phone and other electronic communications.
  • Build credibility and trust with the players by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly there by obtaining high quality / Csat score for the work performed"

Required Experience

  • 6 months - 4 years of customer service experience through Phone, Email and chat.
  • Experience in gaming / tech support will be added advantage.
  • Excellent oral and / or written communication skills
  • Customer service experience with strong customer focus.
  • Excellent team player with experience and passion for gaming "
