JOB ROLE
- Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
- Sales and service
- Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Have EXCELLENT English communication skills (mandatory)
- Should be able to speak English fluently
- No Mother Tongue Influence while speaking English
- Resides in Bangalore
- Work from office (NO WFH/Remote)
- Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts
- Willing to work rotational shifts (both day &night shift)
- Can join immediately
- Should hold all relevant documents.
- Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
- Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
- Both doses vaccinated with certificate
