Job Description

Greetings!!!

We are looking for a Customer Support executive in Chennai to provide timely feedback and develop new techniques to ensure Customer retention . You will be keeping customers satisfied so that they continue to use our client's products and services.

If the customer is dissatisfied with the Client product you would have to pitch in for an updated version of the same product and thereby end up doing upselling.

Responsibilities include liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
 

  • Responds to Chats, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved the issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports

 

Current opening if for Work From Office where you will be required to report to



Note: Joiners will be given a free transportation for the first 15days or in the absence of public during the quarantine period.
 


US / Night Shift with two days rotational off.

Other Requirements :

Required Candidate profile

Only Tenured with Previous experience working in an English speaking contact center handling non-technical products or services for 6 or more months in the same role.

To be qualified for this role, you should be HSC Pass/Any Graduate/SSLC + 3 years Diploma Pass from the educational background stand point .

 

Preferably a Chennai resident.
If you're naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with product issues and are able to explain in details simply, we'd like to enroll you for interviews.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their problems.

  • Owns and regularly uses a computer, if not proficient at least the basic navigation and usage would be good enough
  • Prior experience on any Antivirus project or security solution in any form would be an added advantage as the opening is for McAfee.
  • Immediate joiner or with less than 30 days of notice period.
  • Interested for rotational Night shifts.
  • Should have good convincing power as they will regularly be in contact with clients and/or customers.
