Day to Day work responsibilities

Master email & calls for International IT Sales-

Learn best practices related to onboarding, consulting , product positioning etc.

Sync yourself with Advids philosophy and guides

Learn from team members on how to get better

Join weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions

Help other team members improve with any new found knowledge

Help customers win , give them a reason to smile

You will be involved in the core sales process of Advids. Connecting with clients, generating value and revenue.

B2B target oriented sales job with high rewards.

International Business Development Executive | Sales Job will include but will not be limited to -

1. Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting

2. Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals

3. Identify and qualify clients by determining clients' requirements/expectations and recommend solutions

4. Support our top clients and be a key player in guiding potential clients in making confident purchasing decisions by demonstrating the attributes of the company's products or services

5. Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes

6. Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database

7. Syncing yourself with our philosophy and guides

8. Learning from team members on how to get better

9. Joining weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions

10. Helping other team members in improving with any newfound knowledge

11. Helping customers win and giving them a reason to smile

Manage the Sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.

Strenthen the company's direct Sales and business development capabilities.

Run targeted ales & International Business Development campaigns for business development

Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prior experience of dealing with international clients preffered

Founder and Founding member of tech & software are preferred.

Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.

As a complete software and technology enabled company, we expect our sales executives to use the modern cutting edge sales method and protocols.

Adapt new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity.

Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.
