Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Star- delta starter, direct online, PLC starter, Limit Switch & Sensor knowledge.
2. Pneumatic operated Gates and solenoid operated valves performing preventive maintenance for field instruments like pressure, temperature, flow etc
3. Basic Trouble shoot of PLC and SCADA systems (Allen Bradley) Field verification of instrumentation connected to PLC and SCADA systems based on the requirements.
4. Effective maintenance of SCADA, PLC Systems and variable frequency drives.
5. Trouble shooting control panels and remote IO panels
6. Knowledge of all the Process Instruments
7. Continuous monitoring of all the CCPs and OPRP equipment's / instruments.
8. Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
9. Predictive maintenance to avoid any instrument delays.
10. To Carry out Calibration activities for existing and projected instruments.
11. Analysis of Breakdowns/ Failures in the plants and taking corrective actions.
12. Responsible for the preparation of material indents for all Mechanical & Electrical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
13. Ensure to follow Safety Guidelines and address the issues within the least possible time.
14. Reducing Instrumentation Repair Maintenance cost.
15. Preventive maintenance of Electrical Equipment /Instrumentation of all plants and utility Equipment
16. Servicing and troubleshooting of Pneumatic valves
17. Good knowledge of Separator and Homogenizer
18. Preparation of wiring diagrams, cable routing, loop diagrams, cable layouts, instrument location layouts
19. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of software issues for existing installations
20. Variable Frequency Drive controls (Schneider, Dan Foss,)
21. Databases and SQL knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum degree and basic mathematical aptitude required
- Strong organizational skills, including good written and oral communication skills
- Previous service experience in the dairy-related industry is preferred
Read the basic levels of building plans and drawings
- Motivated, self-starter who can work independently, yet function and participate as part of a team
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and manufactures guidelines
