Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Specifically looking for folks who have spent done engagement of any kind in Ecommerce spacei.e. selling to Ecommerce customers.
He / She will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He / She must be comfortable working in the US shift time zone making dozens of calls per day, working with managers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
- Pipeline management end to end
- Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services
Understand customer needs and requirements
- Proven inside sales experience US sales preferred
- Require English accent US skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Track record and maintain a database of leads and closures
- MBA degree or equivalent
- Experience: 2 3 years
Salary & Variables
- Incentives could be upto 1L per month depending on achievement of targets.
- Fixed: 50%; Variable: 50% (upto 150% of Fixed)
- Fixed starting 50,000/month
- Incentives would be given on monthly basis post payment collections
