Job Description

• Connect and engage with registered users of jeevansathi.com via a dialer based calling process.
• Conduct online product demonstration to showcase, promote and sell personalized membership of the portal.
• Achieve sales targets by counselling the users and their family members on product features along with related services.
• Sell membership plans over the phone and update all the details accurately in the CRM Software.
• Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices.
• Develop constructive working relationship with focus on HNI users to achieve conversion on higher valued plans.
