Description
Onboard high-quality sellers, with potential to grow exponentially with the platform, through the seller acquisition process.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential seller, using the existing lead leads or by generating new leads, in the high growth categories identified for the quarter
- Develop a thorough understanding of the internal processes and onboarding guidelines
- Fix appointments with the sellers, convince them to come onto the Flipkart marketplace and assist at every stage of the process till the time the seller goes Live on platform.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams, cross-functional teams to solve any seller issues in onboarding
- Complete ownership of making a sellers catalogue live on Flipkart and delivering daily/weekly/monthly targets.
