One stop solution for all wedding requirements, Matrimony Bazaar is India's first and largest marketplace with over 20000 Wedding service providers across various categories. The customer will find everything he/she needs to plan a perfect wedding, right from Caterers, Decorators, Bridal Make-up, Photography, Apparel, Jewellery, and Honeymoon Package etc.,
The Candidate will be responsible for driving sales and lead from the front in execution excellence.
- End to End B2B solution selling of products & services powered by SMAC (Social/Mobile/Analytics/Cloud)
-New Business Development, Prospecting, probing and understanding requirements and proposing solutions that would address dynamic needs of the venue partners in Mandap.com and service providers in Matrimonybazaar.com
-Customizing solutions by leveraging the product-mix.
-Building compelling proposals, negotiating, closing and collecting
- Cross Selling and Up- Selling to existing clients
-Working in Cross Functional Teams
- Consistently meeting the KRAs ad set business targets
- Having foundational sales knowledge
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

- Solid negotiation skills
- Good Inter personal skills
Bachelor's Degree with an MBA preferably from one of the premium institutes.
Candidates should have experience of 0-1 years in managing sales and Customer Service in B2B internet firms
