Job Role:
Handle SMB Customers so as to generate sales revenue. Should be proficient in handling conversations with business clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have good understanding of Sales and has preferably handled SME/SMB accounts earlier
- Develop a database of qualified leads from the data assigned through telephone canvassing and cold calling etc.
- Cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing commercials and closing deals with necessary documentation.
- Experience of working Inbound/ Outbound sales & experienced to make 110+ Outbound calls in a day
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects so as to generate sales revenue.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales- Any Field
- Good knowledge and understating of Computer Hardware
- Fluency in Hindi/English is a must
