- Opening for both US IT (Technical) & US Non-IT Position
- Minimum 1 year of US Recruitment (End to end cycle)
- Prefer candidates working on W2
- Shift Time is US time zone - EST
- Work from Opportunity Temporarily later once pandemic normalizes then Work from Office -
HQ location - Ahmedabad. - The working systems will be shipped to your doorstep.
Responsibility:
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Should have experience working on VMS & ATS
- Well verse with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp
- Should have hands-on experience of Various Visa process
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Source potential candidates on job portals and networking sites.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Desired skills
- Work experience of 1+ year as a Technical recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors IT or relevant degree
