Your Role and Responsibilities
As a IMAC Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and performing Voice Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Logical decommissioning / adding of phones from & to Telecom Manager and configurations.
  • Supporting global operations and be ready to work in shifts to support global teams.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3+ years of IT Experience
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure (Voice Infra). Must have worked on Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) or CUCM and used Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager (CUCDM) or similar tools for administration.
  • Proficient in using CUCDM tool to (Create, Modify and Delete Profiles) and have a good understanding in provisioning of Phone or Jabber profiles.
  • Working knowledge of Service Management tool - Service Now (SNOW) / Slack / Webex
