Job Description

• The potential candidate should of 6 to 9 years of experience in Generalist Business HR role and should have managed recruitments at front line level.
• Responsible for driving and managing all front line level HR initiatives.
• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process.
• Responsible for onboarding employee engagement agenda and all other Related HR activities to enable current business requirement and future expansions.
• Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
