Description
This role will support the HR Team in HR Operations activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Attendance & Leave Management
- Assist in Onboarding, Joining and Exit formalities
- Data Management & HRMS
- Responsible for preparing various letters generation
- Maintaining personnel files
- Managing statutory compliances like PF, ESIC and so on.
- Support recruitment team as needed
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and coordination with external and internal departments.
- Dealing with a variety of queries from employees and resolving issues smoothly.

- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Interpersonal skills
- Excel skills (preferred VLOOKUP, pivot table)
- Quick learner
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work well in a team
Qualification
Any one of the following qualifications will be acceptable
- MBA in HR/ PG in HR Management
- BMS/BCOM
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as Plant HR will be preferred.
