Description
To support the Compensation team in HR operations related areas such as employee master updation in system, employee life cycle management in system and other day to day support.
Responsibilities will include -
- Timely updation of the employee data in system with 100% accuracy
- Employee personnel file management and updation
- Management of probation/ confirmation process
- Management of employee exit process (ensuring completing of all clearance formalities/ employee declarations/ attendance inputs/ FnF communication etc)
- Various HR letter generation support
- Support for attendance card issuance.
- Support for Sales Incentive results communication to employees
- Organization charts preparation
- Record keeping
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of basic HR processes
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Offiice, preferably expertise in Advance Excel
- Result Oriented
