Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business needs and mapping the right talent to the vacant role.
• Complete execution of the hiring process (including Sourcing, Screening, Interview Management and Offer Generation)
• Manage Job Postings at the best performing recruitment channels
• Coordinate with the Interview Panel and Candidate to identify a smooth and quick interview schedule and process.
• Ensure feedback for every candidate is collected post interview from the Panel and keep the candidate informed on the next steps accordingly via email.
• Ensure a positive experience is provided to all candidates throughout the Interview Process by building a strong connect with the candidate.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good sense of judgement.
• Ability to own responsibility to complete the task efficiently.

Preferences:

Should have completed MBA/MSW in Human Resources
