Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job posts and Schedule interview with the clients. An Individual who recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities :
1)Design and update job descriptions
2)Source potential candidates from various Job portals.
3)Schedule Interview of candidates.
4)Responsible for closing the job positions.
5)IT-Non IT Recruitment processes.
