Taking initial interview round & scheduling Technical and Final Interviews. Negotiation with candidates about salary package Prior Experience on Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Hiring Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews Maintaining database through references & job portals Regular follow up with candidates & clients Take Care of Office Administration and Client Accounts.
