Description
MBA in HR with 0 to 1 year experience in HR activities
1.Be the focal point for candidate documentation and on boarding process
2.Ensure constant connect with the candidate for rapport building, query resolution and seamless on boarding
3.Be proactive to check status of the candidate documentation progress and liaise with the relevant support teams for closure of any pendencies
4.Follow up regularly with candidates for document submission etc.
