Roles and Responsibilities
a) To handle HR functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.
b) Ability to interact and work with multiple clients on recruitment
c) Highly motivated & willing to work Talent Acquisition.
d) Timely achievement of staff recruitment at all levels based on set competencies and KRAs in co-ordination with various departments.
e) Preference to have candidates already worked on IT Skill sets like SAP / Java / Sharepoint / Devops / Android / IOS, Linux etc., ITES Skill sets like Voice Process, Medical Billing, Underwriting, LPO, F&A Voice & Non Voice etc.
f) Proficient in Sourcing, shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews, candidate shortlisting, document verification, salary negotiation, offer issuing & candidate boarding.
g) Conducting Induction, joining formalities and employee file maintenance from joining to exit.
h) Interested to work in Training & Development division in the company.
i) HR Documentation skills (MS Office / Outlook Express) MIS Reports sent on Daily /Monthly basis to Concern Reporting Managers.
j) Conducting exit interviews, highlighting attrition rates, suggesting and devising methods to lower it.
k) Discipline & Grievance handling for all employees.
l) Should participate with high motivation on HR Diligence & HR Initiatives activities (Employee Engagement)
