Designation : HR Executive
Location : Coimbatore
CTC : 1.8 Lacs to 2.4 Lakhs + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities
1. New Employee Recruitment.
2. Manage Attendance and Attrition Ratio.
3. Manage Employees Salary and other Welfare.
4. Employees Safety and Grievance Handling.
5. Statutory Compliance. (PF, ESIC, GPA, Related to Labor Laws)
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidates with Post Graduation in HR with good knowledge in HR concepts.
2. Good Communication skills.(English + Tamil)
3. Good PPT making skills, and Presentation skills.
4. Should be ready to Join on Immediate basis.
5. Male Candidates will be given Preference.
6. Native people from Coimbatore will be preferred.
Note: Current Graduates Passing out in 2021 also are eligible (Terms & Conditions apply).
