ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
- As a Key HR- Specialist you will be involved in working with HR Business Partners , HR-Recruitment Team, and will support the HRIS process.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sourcing of profiles, create, and implement sourcing strategies
- Source, and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- HRIS support
- HR Advisor work to support the employees and HRBPs with required administration for employee
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Employee Engagement activities
- Support the HR Business Partners
- Advanced communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and consulting.
- Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills
- Confident, pleasant personality, ambitious, self-motivated, organized with leadership and management skills.
EXPERIENCE
Fresher. 222 pass out
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges
