- Monthly attrition analysis and offering strategic input on maintaining optimum HC
- Acquisition of key talent in the functions
- SPOC for the annual ACR with affiliates
- Query resolution and awareness - goal setting, conversations, PIP, exit process
- Crafting employee awareness programs
- Engaging with workforce and HR affiliates for change management as required
- Managing calendared HR rewards and recognition program
