Roles and Responsibilities
Organize and maintaining personnel records
Arrange travel accommodations, handling Travel desk & keeping Travel MIS and checking & processing expense forms
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Monitoring Housekeeping team
Looking after stationery, office requirements, AMC & Utility bill payment & keeping record of same etc.
Coordination with Vendors and getting quotation of various requirement in the office
Keeping track of Office Maintenance Work - Pest control, AC and Other maintenance work
Keeping track of AMC Renewal and co-ordination with landlord for various permission and maintenance issues
Coordination with Vendors and getting quotation of various requirement in the office
Organising Various Events - Festival Celebration, Birthday Celebration & other employee engagement activities & sports events like - Cricket tournament, Picnics, Yoga sessions etc
Maintaining good relationship with Vendors & suppliers also keeping smooth & healthy atmosphere of Office.
Maintaining HR MIS Reports
Assisting team mates in Payroll Activity
