Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • To ensure timely recruitment of Contract/Contingent resources with appropriate approvals, in order to meet business needs.
  • Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard.
  • Co-ordinate with Various Recruitment agencies, getting profiles suitable to the Job needs of MDT R&D Center.
  • MSA, Contracts Management
  • Update and maintain complete/accurate personnel records of Contingent Staffs
  • Monthly MIS reporting of Contingent Staffs
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, Interns, manage exits
  • Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing and Vendor Management.
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and other related equipments
  • Facilities Procurement to Pay management (Food/Stationary/Housekeeping/ General Merchandise) and Support
  • Any other admin related activities time to time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/masters degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / PPTand MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • ERP Knowledge (SAP/ARIBA etc)
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
