Roles and Responsibilities
Nature of a job: Work from Home - Customer Support (Email & Voice)
Timings: Preselected schedule by consultant of 8 hrs, between 9am to 9pm anytime (Schedule adherence is a must)
Job Description:
1) Mandatory 8 hours of login time including productive call handling time and Idle time and at least 25 working days in the month.
2) Respond promptly to customer inquiries both on call and email response
3) Resolve customer complaints
4)Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries and resolve complaints
5)Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
6)Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
7) Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
8) Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Minimum Graduation Any stream/Any year pass out (should hold a valid full time Graduation certificate)
2) English & Hindi languages (proficiency in both languages is a must)
3) Must have a Laptop or a Computer (good working condition)
4) Android mobile phone (preferably a latest version)
5) High speed internet connectivity (preferably Broadband/Wifi)
6) A silent room to work
7) Fresher or experienced, any field welcome, should be 18+ and no Age Limit
