- To Ensure the Patient confidentiality and Customer Empathy
- To ensure the proper Billing and Dispensing as per prescriptions.
- To minimize the bounce prescriptions and ensure the substituted of available brands. To ensure the periodic check on Near expiry and Non moving drugs and consumables
- Focus on IP, OP, OT and Bulk pharmacy Process and Requirements.
- To Aware of the Knowledge about the Drugs and Consumables user in Pharmacy.
- To Follow the protocol and procedure set by the organization
- To ensure all the statutory compliance of the department
