iSON Xperiences is Hiring Process Trainer

Tele Collections Trainer:

• Both Male and Female candidates considered.
• Process trainer experience in any BPO process is a must. Tele collections preferred.
• Minimum 6 months on paper experience as outbound Process Trainer.
• Should be self-driven on the KPIs and KRAs of a Team Leader.
• Should have good teaching skills as well as should be a people person.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Should be well versed in English and South Indian Languages like Kannada/Tamil/Telugu.
• Should be graduate in any stream.

Please note, this is an immediate requirement, preference will be for the first comers.
