Hiring for Sales Executive in Gurgaon location for Indiamart process
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for converting leads and developing opportunities - Indiamart and TradeIndia
- Liaison between customers and internal departments (production, dispatch, etc.) for sharing the updated status of service pricing and new products.
- Capable of handling outbound and inbound calls.
- Acting as a consultant to the customers and offering them recommended services and solutions.
- Address customer complaints and answer their queries.
- Should focus and ensure proper customer services and delivery of products as per T&C.
- Ensure timely payments from customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have extensive knowledge in B2B portals like Indiamart and TradeIndia.
- Should have functional knowledge of excel.
- An added benefit can be knowledge on the product listing.
