Hiring for Sales Executive in Gurgaon location for Indiamart process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for converting leads and developing opportunities - Indiamart and TradeIndia
• Liaison between customers and internal departments (production, dispatch, etc.) for sharing the updated status of service pricing and new products.
• Capable of handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Acting as a consultant to the customers and offering them recommended services and solutions.
• Address customer complaints and answer their queries.
• Should focus and ensure proper customer services and delivery of products as per T&C.
• Ensure timely payments from customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have extensive knowledge in B2B portals like Indiamart and TradeIndia.
• Should have functional knowledge of excel.
• An added benefit can be knowledge on the product listing.
