Profile -: Associate / Senior Associate (Technical & customer Support)
Requirement -: Good Communication Skills
Exp required -: 0- 5 yrs
Age Criteria -: 18 -33 years
Shifts: Rotational
Location WFO( Current location should be Bangalore or who are willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately )

Responsibilities and Duties
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:
- Handling escalations and complex queries.
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Key skills required:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
