Tech Mahindra Hyderabad is hiring candidates for one of the leading International Telecommunication providers with excellent English Communication Skills.

Designation:-Technical support associate

Eligibility - Any undergraduates with 24 months of voice experience or graduates with 12 months of voice experience are eligible. (No Freshers are eligible)

Roles:-
- Should be responsible to give the right resolutions to the customer concerns/queries.
- Have to be flexible with rotational shifts.
- Working days - 5
- Transport facility will be provided (2way)
-Currently the work will be from home and once the situation is fine office will start

Package- 2.5L to 3.8L
Location- Hyderabad

Desired Candidate Profile

• Voice experience from any telecom background / Technical support experience / international voice experience in tech support
