Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 0 months to 1 year of Experience in voice support.
# Answer Customer queries Via call, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
# Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the issues
# Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it.
# Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat.
# Must be good In terms of written and verbal communication.
# Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduation or Diploma or HSC
Willing to work in night shifts from Office
