We are hiring for International Technical Support Chat Process
Experience : 0 to 5 Years
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Salary:
Experience - 20K take home(1 Year plus)
Job Profile:
- International Chat (Technical Support)
- Good to have knowledge or experience into social media
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Written skills in English
- .Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent)
- Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop ( within 30 km radius from work location)
- Rounds of Interview: HR, Chat Assessment, Tech Test, Operations Round
Experience: Any Under Grad/Graduate can apply
Work location:Cyberpal, Hitech City, Sitel
