We are hiring for few sales positions in below channel
1) General Trade
2) modern Trade+ HORECA
Location: MUMBAI, Navi MUMBAI, Mumbai Suburbs.
General Trade role :
Roles ad Responsibilities
KPIs
Volume Market Share Outlet Addition in the territory EDGE Score Distributor Handling
KRAs
1. Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
2. Use field data for the assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in the territory
3. Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
4. Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.
5. Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.
6. Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.
7. Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
8. Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on a daily basis.
9. Compiling and analyzing the sales figures on a regular basis
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least Full-time Graduation with 2 years of distribution sales experience
- Own 2 wheeler is mandatory.

- Managing supplies pertaining to key accounts
- Building relationship with channels
- Identification of new account
- Training and development of Merchandisers and job coaching to PSR
- Making tracking of OT Volume on monthly basis V/S Yago
- Driving in store execution
- Payment collection.
Measures:
- Order Fill rate.
- Deliver monthly volume target
- Deliver monthly execution(KPI)
- FMO targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA is preferred with at least 1 year of experience in MT/HORECA
- Knows Email etiquettes and customer interaction skill has to be as per industry standards
- Should have his/Her Own Vehilce
