Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing accounts for various in house applications
• Creation of New User accounts, account transfers
• Windows account maintenance
• Mainframe ID creation and provisioning of additional access
• Creation and modification of SecurID profiles on ACE server
• Active Directory and Exchange Administration
• Updating Web directory and Global Address Book.
• FTP/SEFT Account administration
• Outlook troubleshooting

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of Helpdesk/ provisioning experience with good knowledge on Active Directory/Exchange.
• Should be a Team Player with multitasking and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in Shifts (24/7 environment)
• Graduation or Diploma holder with all certificates in place
• Good Communication Skills

Technical Skills:

• Experience on Active Directory and Exchange 2003 Administration
• Experience on Mainframe and SecurID provisioning is an added advantage.
• Should be well versed in handling Outlook/Lotus Notes issues
• Excel Reporting Skills
