Roles and Responsibilities
Customer service and conflict resolutions skills
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customers account by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Qualification
Graduation ( No BE & Betech)
Should carry Minimum one-year exp in voice process with all relevant experience letter can apply
Salary Negotiable
Shifts: Willing to work in Night shifts (Rotational Shift)
Cab: 2 Way cab facility is provided
Working Days: 5 Days
Week Off: 2 days fixed off
Desired Skills and Abilities: Good communication Good Analytical Skills Basic computer knowledge
