Role:

Handling recruitment for various Non IT requirements.

• Identifying the Hiring Needs.
• Preparing the Job Description.
• Screening and Shortlisting.
• Interviewing.
• Evaluation and Offer of Employment.
• Introduction and Induction of the New Employee.
  Involved in Recruitment for Permanent Staffing for all levels.
• Sourcing from naukri , monster , linkedin & other similar portals.
• Candidate screening, offer negotiation.

Skills required :

• 2+Yrs of experience into Non-IT hiring.
• Must have hired for various roles into sales, marketing , graphic designer , finance etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MBA background is preferred.
• Can join immediately or in 15 days.
