Description
- Training module design: designing training modules on sales processes, brand/ category/ channel understanding
- Selling story design and creation: including statis and video inputs
- Training delivery: conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) and classroom/ virtual training sessions for the frontline sales associates
- Anchoring the monthly training manager system meetings (agenda, planning and monitoring)
- Central training program: coordination with participants, internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful completion of central training and capability interventions
- Working closely with the bottling capability leads to ensure timely and impactful delivery/ percolation of all CVC (Customer Value Creation) inputs
- Agency management: point of contact for trailing delivery and other external agencies. Responsible for empanelment, PO generation and payment processing by working with respective functions internally
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Public speaking/ training delivery
- Basic understanding of FMCG sales and distribution
- Languages: English, Hindi (understanding of regional Indian languages will be a plus)
- Storytelling and creativity
Qualification
- Education: Graduate/ PGDM
- Work Experience
Min: 2 years in Sales/ Distribution/ Sales Training in FMCG, Retail or any consumer facing industry (having experience of sales and sales training will be an added advantage)
