Hiring Business Analyst

Should have the following knowledge:

1. Experience of 1 - 2 years Agile and Scrum Methodology, Gap Analysis
2. Experience of 1 - 2 years User Stories, Use cases
3. Scrum ceremonies, User stories, sprint planning
4. Story points
5. Team management, team handling
6. Backlog grooming
7. Prioritisation

• Creating User Story and Usecase for Product features
• Define Sprint with scrum team and follow all the scrum ceremonies. (Sprint planning, Daily
• Standup, Sprint Demo & Sprint Retrospective meeting)
• Timely communication to Senior about the sprint status and Risk.
• Advance sprint planning.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate
• new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product
• specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
