Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Skills:
- In depth knowledge of GSE guidelines and requirements
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Confirm application information against all documents within the file
- Analyze all credit documents, including, but not limited to, mortgage applications, credit history and income documents, title documents, appraisals and all applicable compliance documents.
- Should have experience in Income Calculations
- Should possess analytical skills in reviewing the LTV/CLTV
- Knowledge in GSE guidelines, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
- Should have worked on Title documents
- Review the eligibility of Property, Borrowers
- Evaluate debt ratio, loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation
- Identify underwriting/ data discrepancies
- Identify risk factors, including fraud red flags to determine or verify misrepresentation
- Condition files for missing/ supporting documentation as needed
- Remain current with regulation changes from governmental/state agencies, as well as policy changes from GSEs, and other agency affecting the company’s loan production process
- Test system updates as well as system changes as they occur
- Complete required trainings and assessments
Education :
Any Graduate (Degree) without backlog_
Shift - US shift. Candidates should be flexible to work in night shift.
Salary: upto 7 Lakhs (max 30% from present)
Exp:1- 6 years
