Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply. (Must have excellent English communication)
Age Criteria- 18- 39 Years
Qualification: Any Under Graduate / Graduate (Note: Regular students pursuing graduations will not be entertained.)
Salary – 1,94,000 to 2,75,000LPA (Depending on your exp. & last drawn CTC)
Shifts - 24*7 (rotational shifts) / US shift
Process- Voice
Working days – Any 5 days in a week
Job Location - Noida
Job Role:
i. Complaint Management.
ii. Solving Customer queries.
iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers. iv. Maintaining quality standards. v. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set vi. Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
vii. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
viii. Good command in verbal and written English.
ix. Excellent communication skills.
x. Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
