HCL Hiring For Semi Technical Profile.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Responsible to Provision Fixed line/ Mobile- Order Management, Invoice Processing IP Conversion.
• Responsible for real time coordination with Upstream & Downstream Teams, LEC/Client to avoid Process delays/SLA and to drive completion.
• Undertake special projects (as and when required by Management) and do cross-functional training/classes (as per requirement of Process) .
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Desired: Experience with NRM/WISOR/BPM Tool.
• Awareness on Ethernet and IP networks, VPLS, MPLS, VPN.
• Comprehensive knowledge about Telecom Technology (CDMA/GSM/Ethernet), Wireline & Wireless Network Technologies, Routing Protocols (EIGRP etc..), TCP/IP "
• Excellent Customer Service Skills; Spoken and Written English Skills .
• Listening & Probing skills; Good in Analytical Thinking & Reasoning.
Education Background:
Must be
• BCA / BA/ B.Com
• BSc-IT
NOT HIRING B. Tech
Must : Any Additional Technical Certifications (Preferably Telecom) like Routing/Switching certification or equivalent knowledge and experience are desirable.
