Job Description

Key Purpose:

Grow organization's revenue by ensuring that DHL clients experience customer delight with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities and working across function to give best in class services.

Key Focus:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
  • End to end Account Management including - generating new business from customer management, performance management & profit improvement, Client Experience Surveys and renewals.
  • Assist to drive warehouse operations & transport to improve Profits / Service Level.
  • Agreements / Productivity Support in managing Key Performance Indicators for Service Logistics Clients.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the key point of contact between strategic clients and internal teams.
  • Compile MIS reports periodically on account progress, KPI metrics, forecasts and more
  • Address and timely resolve operational issues / concerns.
  • Open to travel to warehouses in remote locations(Delhi/Bangalore)

Qualifications | Key attributes and requirements

Education & Experience:

  • First attempt clearance with 60% and above in 10, 12, Graduation & MBA (Specialization in Operations / Supply Chain Management / Project Management preferable)
  • 0 - 2 year of working experience.
  • Passion for Supply Chain Management
  • Open to work / travel to warehouses in remote location
  • Willingness to relocate primarily either in Delhi or Bangalore

About the G500 Program Plan & Job Description

The 18 months experience will increase your understanding and knowledge of all Warehouse & Transport processes and will broaden your strategic view to understand the big picture of Supply Chain Management in a global organization. It will take you on a steep learning curve and prepare you to assume Key Account Management role in Service Logistics.

During this period, you will receive hands-on experience working alongside experienced Logistics and Supply chain professionals. You will not only learn from the best but will also get the support you need with a mentor and a buddy throughout the program.
