Roles and Responsibilities
We have two level of requirements:
1. Technical Sales/ Business Development & Presales
Job Responsibilities:
- Building business by identifying prospects and selling products & solutions; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
2. Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Basic knowledge on networking fundamentals switching, mirroring, voice and video technologies
2. Basic Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Wireshark, SIP, VoIP
3. Basic Knowledge and experience working with different operating systems including Windows MS Window 2008 / 2012 / 2016, Ret Hat Linux
4. Basic Knowledge on Computer Hardware (Servers, RAID, Storage, Virtualization, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have completed Degree/ Post-Graduation in 2020 or 2021
- Willing to join immediately
- Educational Qualification required :
1. BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT/ EXTC)
2. B.Sc. / M.Sc./ BCA/ MCA (IT)
