We are hiring for General Insurance Executive - Reconciliation

Role ObjectiveTo perform work accurately and in accordance with client procedures and using domain expertise as required, in order to meet the SLAs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Premium Collection and net settlement of the funds from Clients \ AssuredRendering Statement of Accounts to the Underwriters.
  • Reconciling Underwriters Statement of Accounts.Clients\Assured
  • Raising Warranty and Routine Payments.
  • Allocating cash from the Underwriter against the entries processed.Attending to the incoming and outbound calls to the assured.
  • Developing business relationship with Clients and Assured and ensure their queries are addressed on time and there is best possible outcomes.
  • Ledger management & Analysis.
  • Query management.
  • Credit Control Activities.
  • Cash Matching & Suspense account resolutioning.

  • • Reconciliation of Matched & Unmatched Signings.
    Intercompany reconciliation
     
  • Prepare rendering statements, statement of account reconciliation.
  • Contribute to overall achievements of the required SLA by delivering to KPIs;
  • Maintain and update records as per process requirements;
  • Maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
  • Escalate any issues or ideas to the Team Manager; and Managers.
  • Adhere to Capita risk and compliance requirements, Marsh Compliance Standards & FSA requirements.
  • Need to be task oriented, to carry out activities clearly defined within a job/role description. Is responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets. Needs to ensure that they are doing the right thing for the customer with reference to TCF.
  • Managing large volumes within stipulated time and ensure quality of tasks is maintained.

Skills Required: COMMUNICATION,MS Office,General Insurance,Journal Entries,Intercompany Reconciliation


Other Requirements :

Experience:

  • 12 - 48 months work experience of which minimum 1 year experience in accounting processes preferably from the BPO industry. Freshers with excellent soft skills and track record will also be considered
  • Good knowledge of MS-office excel and word.
  • Ability to take decisions outside clearly defined parameters.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Flexible to Work in rotational shifts includes continuous evening shift.
  • Ability to work in a group.
  • Keyboard Skills Speed 30 wpm.
