Job Purpose
Providing analysis and feedback to supervisor and to product, policy, collections, fraud risk teams of the Bank, building scorecards to assess portfolio behaviors.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas
Actionable (4-6)
- Key responsibility
- Understand the loan processing environment for various products from innovation perspective and identify digital opportunities. Implement the digital projects basis opportunities identified by TL in Lending Journeys
- Manage complete life cycle of the project from clearly stating the requirements, working with IT/ BTG in Vendor Identification, FPN Approval, UAT Testing and other supports required for the project going live.
- Closely work with IT counterparts for project management
- Explore and engage with Fintechs, assess their solutions and implement the solutions if they are found to be helping in achieving organizational goals.
Educational Qualifications
Key Skills
- MBA/CA/FRM/CFA
- Strong technical & analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel modeling skills.
- Expert knowledge in analyzing financial statements.
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Understanding of accounting principles and Regulatory Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of competition & current trends in financial Industry.
Experience Required
- Experience of 5+ years in credit risk management in wholesale banking from reputed financial house
- Exposure to banking preferable
