Job Description

  • Responsibility in handling the incoming and outgoing calls of the office and provide accurate information
  • To take care of all the visitors and direct them to the appropriate authority or place
  • Responsibility in handling petty cash expenses and provides the bills against cash on time.
  • Handling stationery of the entire office in terms of ordering materials of different departments as per the respective requisitions.
  • Preparing monthly reports of all the courier services along with the stationery, pantry, housekeeping reports.
  • Handling Travel requests in terms of generating tickets, arrangements for accommodations and transport during the travelling of concerned.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the Director.
  • Manage and maintain executives schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Replying mails
  • Setting up Travel, meetings and coordinating for the same.

Other Requirements :

Education -

UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization

PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
